Welcome to LumaVante. By accessing lumavante.store and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern the relationship between LumaVante ("we", "us") and you, the customer.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. LumaVante is a premium e-commerce platform specializing in advanced beauty technology. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Use & Professional Disclaimer

  • Cosmetic Use Only: LumaVante products, including the Aura™ Pro, are intended for cosmetic and personal care use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

  • Safety Warning: You are responsible for using products as instructed. If you have sensitive skin, existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or use light-sensitizing medications, you must consult a healthcare professional before use.

  • No Guarantees: While we strive for excellence, LumaVante does not guarantee specific clinical results, as skin reactions to light therapy vary by individual.

3. Pricing, Payments & Accuracy

  • Honest Pricing: All prices are in USD. We clearly disclose all costs—including the product price and shipping fees—prior to checkout. There are no hidden "handling" or "processing" fees.

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the 7-color wavelength specifications and packaging details accurately. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions are 100% error-free.

4. Bespoke Handling & Shipping

  • Fulfillment Timeline: Every Aura™ Pro is a high-precision device that requires a 8–12 business day bespoke handling phase for technical calibration and artisan packaging.

  • Transit: Following fulfillment, transit takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery is estimated at 13–19 business days.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (UPS/FedEx).

5. Returns & Refunds

Your purchase is protected by our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy. Due to the high-value and hygienic nature of beauty technology, returns must be in "Like-New" condition with all original custom packaging. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumaVante shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including the LumaVante logo, Aura™ Pro imagery, and technical guides—is the exclusive property of LumaVante. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any legal actions shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, CA.
