How often should I use the Aura™ Pro? For optimal cosmetic results, we recommend a 15-20 minute session 3 to 5 times per week. Consistency is essential for light therapy; most users begin to see a visible improvement in skin radiance and overall texture within 4 to 6 weeks.
Is it safe for sensitive skin? Yes. The Aura™ Pro utilizes non-invasive, UV-free LED technology that does not emit heat. However, if you are using light-sensitizing medications (such as certain antibiotics or Retin-A), we recommend consulting your dermatologist before beginning your sessions.
Does it hurt? Not at all. The treatment is completely painless and non-invasive. Most users describe the experience as a relaxing, spa-like session with a very gentle, soothing warmth from the LEDs.
Technical & Safety
What wavelengths does the Aura™ Pro use? The Aura™ Pro is engineered with 7 distinct wavelengths, including our primary clinical-grade spectrums: Red Light (630nm) to support the appearance of collagen-rich skin and Near-Infrared (830nm) to energize the skin’s natural renewal process.
Can I use it while pregnant? While LED therapy is widely used in the beauty industry, the Aura™ Pro has not been specifically tested for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new beauty technology routine.
Shipping & Orders
Why is the handling time 7–12 business days? As a luxury brand, we prioritize precision over speed. Every Aura™ Pro undergoes a bespoke preparation phase, which includes a multi-point technical calibration of all 7 light settings and hand-assembly of our signature custom packaging to ensure your device arrives in perfect condition.
Do you provide tracking? Yes. Once your bespoke packaging and calibration phase is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS or FedEx tracking number.
Warranty & Returns
What is the warranty period? Your investment is fully protected. Every Aura™ Pro comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering any manufacturing defects or technical malfunctions. If your device fails under normal use, we will replace it at no cost to you.
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. Because the Aura™ Pro is a high-end personal care device, returns must be in "like-new" condition and include all original bespoke packaging and accessories.
