At LumaVante, we believe the experience begins before you even open the box. Each Aura™ Pro is a high-precision instrument prepared with bespoke custom packaging and undergoes a final technical calibration before leaving our facility.

1. Shipping Destinations & Costs

• Destinations: We currently ship exclusively to physical addresses within the United States.

• P.O. Boxes: Due to the high-value nature of our technology and the requirement for secure delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Standard Shipping: FREE on all Aura™ Pro orders.

2. Processing & Delivery Timeline

Because we provide a custom-packaged luxury experience, our fulfillment process is more rigorous than standard e-commerce. Your delivery window consists of three phases:

• Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (PST) – Monday to Friday.

• Phase 1: Order Processing: 4-8 business days.

• Phase 2: Standard Transit: 5–12 business days

   

• Total Estimated Delivery: 9-20 business days  from the date of purchase.
