Return & Refund Policy

At LumaVante, we stand behind the engineering of the Aura™ Pro. We want you to feel confident in your journey toward radiant skin, which is why we offer a transparent and fair return process.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: The item may be opened but must be in like-new, original condition, free from physical wear, scratches, or damage.

  • Completeness: All original bespoke packaging, accessories (charging cables, eye protection), and manuals must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number from lumavante.store is required.

  • Hygiene Note: For safety reasons, products showing biological residue or heavy wear cannot be accepted unless the device is technically defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (DOA)

If your Aura™ Pro arrives damaged or fails to function, please contact us at contact@lumavante.store within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Verification: Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will provide a pre-paid return label and a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Request: Email contact@lumavante.store with your order number.

  2. Authorization: If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.

  3. Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service (UPS/FedEx) as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once received, we inspect your return within 3 business days.

  • Approval: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Fees

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in original, like-new condition.

  • Partial Refunds: Items returned with missing parts or significant packaging damage may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
